Qualifications: Essential requirements · Experience in managing in the service sector preferably in a health/clinic related role. · Flexible in attitude and approach · Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service · Excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills · Proficient with Microsoft Office package and web based systems · A passion for skincare and aesthetics with good working knowledge of the beauty/aesthetic industry · Good level of General education, including Numeracy, English, IT · Honest, reliable and professional at all times

Job Role

The Role


·         Deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with all patients, ensuring they are satisfied with their treatment outcomes

·         Ensuring a five star patient experience at all times

·         Driving sales and maximizing business profitability where you will be rewarded for your contribution

·         Being the main point of contact for patients and being part of their patient journey.

·         Ability to be part of the finalising of skin-care packages – Training will be provided

·         Managing professional and retail stock levels

·         Assisting in successfully rolling out in house promotions and events and marketing the clinic through social media and local advertising

·         To promote treatment and retail sales

·         Maintain patients follow ups with phone calls and email support

·         To provide front of house cover/duties as required within the clinic

·         To greet patients and ensure they are made to feel welcome, dealing with their enquiry in a professional and courteous way

·         To answer the telephone in the clinic politely and deal with all enquires and making bookings for treatments.

·         Participates in company training programs to develop skills and knowledge offering a variation of services as needed.
