Cosmetics Clinic are looking for a Medical Assistant & Aesthetic Skin Therapist

Essential Criteria:

• The candidate must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in either Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Health and Social Care or hold a Diploma as a Dental Assistant or Health Professional.

 

Medical Duties: 

• Supporting and assisting the doctor when requested and where appropriate with patients and acting as chaperone in the clinical space
• Ensuring medical equipment is organised and ready for the doctor to use
• Liaising with patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable both on the phone and in person and acting as an ambassador for both the doctor and CC at all times
• Ascertaining basic initial patient information, carrying out initial face scans, implementing the CC Glow Programme and providing the doctor with relevant information

 

Administrative Duties:

• Meeting and greeting clients and making drinks when requested for clients and staff, ensuring client appointments for follow up and giving appropriate information sheets and appointment cards
• Showing clients from one space to another in the clinic, as required
• Day to day organisational and administrative duties including data entry and maintenance of the CRM system
• Maintaining the neatness and tidiness of the medical space, office and waiting area, ensuring they are kept to a professional standard at all times
• Calling patients, confirming appointments and discussing treatments where appropriate including clients that have expressed an interest and may eventually become a patient
• Contacting active leads via marketing campaigns and informing them of offers and promotions
• Cross selling and upselling across platforms at all times
• Utilise extensive office administration skills to automate and automatically perform routine tasks
• Filing/ scanning/ photocopying where appropriate
• Attending meetings where appropriate
• Ensuring clients have relevant information; responding to enquiries about products and services quickly and efficiently
• Maintaining client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
• Representing the Brand and being Brand Ambassador at all times

 

Therapist Duties: 

• Obagi/ ZO Representative
• HydraFacial Representative
• Delivering the following treatments: HydraFacial, Peels
• Responsible for all therapist related stock/ ordering/ monitoring and maintenance
• Ensuring quality assurance and care for the therapist treatments, providing a patient centred approach throughout

• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations

• A willingness to adapt working hours and locations depending on requirements
