HydraFacial is a rapidly growing and highly visible worldwide brand in the aesthetic sector. This exciting role, primarily supports and develops business within our corporate and national chain accounts, hosting Red Carpet Events, providing post training support and advice on treatment technique to therapists. This role is to set them up with packages and the utilisation of a repeat payment system, utilisation of the resource centre and provide advice on how to establish the HydraFacial business in conjunction with the Business Development Manager. You will also be providing support and advice to grow the business with the aim of increasing consumable usage and a repeat system sale. This helps to support our rapidly growing install base which now includes SK:N and Transform Medical Group amongst hundreds of leading and high-profile aesthetic clinics in the UK and Ireland.

Role Includes:

  • Red Carpet Events - Attending, setting up and hosting. Helping clinics to sell pre-arranged courses to their clientele. Explaining the advantages of the HydraFacial treatments to their attendees and the offers available.

  • Group Account Support – Establishing HydraFacial as the primary treatment within the group / chain, working with their senior management and marketing team to ensure alignment of the objective.

 

  • Targeted Account support – Working closely with selected accounts to facilitate their growth and use of HydraFacial. Providing training and support to therapist’s and packaging and marketing advice to clinic owners and managers, with the aim to cement HydraFacial within their business and grow their consumable usage.

  • Data Entry

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Proven background in presenting training theory and experience in delivering aesthetic treatments.

  • Empathetic with customer’s needs and concerns.

  • Professional appearance commensurate with our industry.

  • High energy level and upbeat, can-do personality.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, communications and presentations skills.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have own reliable transportation

  • Must be a self-starter, self-disciplined and accountable.

 

HOURS: 40 hours/week. 8am - 5pm or 9am-6pm (1 hour for lunch). Many events will extend outside of these daily hours, time of in lieu will be given with permission of your line manager

 

POSITION: Full Time

RENUMARATION PACKAGE:

45p per mile first 10,000 miles

25p thereafter

Using own car

 

HOLIDAYS: 25 days/annum plus bank and public holidays

 

PENSION: Pension provision.
