Job Role

Remit  

We are a small and friendly Aesthetic and Laser Clinic (CQC Registered) based in Worcestershire looking for a Clinic Business Manager to help streamline processes and drive our business forward                

The Working Hours / Length of Employment  

As business manager you would be expected to work a minimum 40 hour week as the Clinic opens in general business hours. However the person we are looking for will be ambitious and keen to focus on the clinic development so flexibility and willingness to stay until the work is done will be encouraged. This is a Permanent Position.

Main Purpose of the role:

  • Manage a small team of nurses, aesthetic therapists and reception staff
  • Business Development - plan, implement and manage the growth process of the clinic
  • P&L Management - taking every opportunity to minimise costs and maximise revenue
  • Ensuring audit, policies, procedures and medical governance standards are met at all times
  • Reports to the Directors

Duties:

  • Delivering against business plan, budgets, targets and KPI's as set by the Board
  • Leading, motivating and managing a small team
  • Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the business
  • Continuous compliance with and improvement of business operations, systems and processes
  • Ensure company policies, legal guidelines and all compliance aspects of the role including data protection are followed at all times
  • Keep up to date with market developments in the industry and compare to current business plan and budget
  • Delivering industry leading customer service
  • Making our vision and values live and breathe
  • Effective team rostering, ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with other local businesses to create reciprocal arrangements to develop the customer base

About You:

Experience in a similar role will be an advantage. Being polite and friendly is good, but we have a reputation for going “the extra mile”. So you will have to demonstrate that you have strong communication skills, be extremely presentable, with an ability to take on information quickly and be able to work proactively and flexibly with a positive approach. Ambition & commitment to help the business grow and excel – this will not suit someone wanting an easy life maintaining an established Clinic
