Job Role

Job Description: Reporting to the Sales Director, this combined sales, training and events/business development role will be varied and changing as our business grows. We have an established franchise with HydraFacial (www.hydrafacial.co.uk ) in over 200 leading UK aesthetic clinics and are focusing on additional revenue growth from these accounts by selling and developing sales for Perk – the world’s first hybrid facial (www.perkskincare.co.uk ) and ZENii – a novel Doctor led supplement, topical skincare and wellness line (www.zenii.co.uk ).

In addition, we have new lead generation campaigns for all of brands that will require a direct sales approach. This exciting opportunity would suit an individual with a therapist background who is passionate about skincare, and who enjoys a varied role combining sales, training, events and account development as part of their working week.

Role Includes:

  • Demonstrating and selling Perk machines into new accounts, and delivering training and ongoing business development.
  • Selling ZENii retail lines into new accounts, and delivering training and ongoing business development.
  • Growing consumable sales and skincare in existing accounts.
  • Delivering our proven sales presentations.
  • Organising, attending and hosting Events with our HydraFacial, Perk and ZENii customers
  • Working in conjunction with the marketing department to portray a unified brand image.
  • Providing demonstrations, training, guidance and development to medical and spa facilities.
  • Qualifying and following up promptly with company issued leads.
  • Generating new sales leads and sending activity reports on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinating the transition from the initial sale to a successful ongoing customer account.
  • Acting as liaison for customers in your territory, providing support and guidance when needed.
  • Attending trade shows and sales meetings as required.
  • Constantly growing and developing personal sales skills, industry and product knowledge.
  • Planning and executing strategies to meet current sales projections and new business development and continually seeking out new lead potential.
  • Possessing a sense of urgency, with strong organisational and follow up skills.
  • Updating sales information on customer database systems.


HOURS: 40 hours/week. 8am - 5pm or 9am-6pm (1 hour for lunch). Many events will extend outside of these daily hours, time off in lieu will be given with permission of your line manager
